Experience oceanfront bliss at this amazing condo in the heart of La Jolla Village. Walk across the street to the beach to swim, surf, or stroll along the cliffs. Plus, enjoy access to all the amenities at the La Jolla Recreation Center, which is mere steps away.

Admire the ocean views from the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Stretch out on two sofas and watch your favorite TV shows as the chef prepares crowd-pleasing recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Gather for mealtime overlooking the coastline.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a half bathroom. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning.

This property is located in an oceanfront complex with multiple vacation rentals. All spaces within the complex, such as the grill, patios, and laundry area, are communal.

Right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll be between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between. Take a short walk to La Jolla Village for fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas. Or explore world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all within 20 minutes.

Street Parking Only

This home like many other in the area does not have air conditioning.

This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to use the machines.

Your pets are always welcome at our pet-friendly homes with a $150 + tax pet fee. Please contact us to add your pet to your reservation.

As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. Please contact us to add a Pack 'n play to your reservation.

Communal outdoor spaces

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
